Food plans are planned around kitchen prep and local pickup.

Because meals are prepared in advance for staged pickup, changes work best before the kitchen begins the weekly preparation cycle.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation or pause before the next preparation cutoff. After food has entered prep or staging, the change may apply to the next cycle.

Refunds

Refunds are reviewed for duplicate charges, missed fulfillment, wrong items, or verified quality and food safety issues reported promptly.

Pickup windows

Orders are staged for selected pickup windows at approved local sites. Missed pickups may not be refundable once the meal was prepared and made available.
